* Please supply complete recipient address information and phone number if available, we will not call your gift recipient unless it is required to complete delivery. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes.

* Please supply your daytime or evening phone number in case a question arises concerning your order.

* Redelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information. Delivery services will not forward to another address.

* Gift Cards with your personal message are included with all purchases.

* We make every effort to be sure all information on the website is complete and accurate. If an error does occur, we reserve the right to make all necessary corrections.

* Based on season and availability, we reserve the right to make component substitutions using items of comparable or greater value.

FOOD ALLERGY NOTICE: While Bella Mia Gifts.net and its suppliers make every effort to ensure that only the ingredients shown are included in your Gift Baskets, it is very likely that your gift ingredients may have been processed using equipment that has traces of a variety of nut, fruit, grain or dairy products. If the recipient or others that might consume the gifts are highly allergic to common food products---for their safety we require that you order one of our non-food gifts.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Ground shipments are sent out within 48 Business hours of receiving order. Most orders that need to be sent by air can be shipped the same day if received by 10:00 a.m. PST. The only exception to this is during the holidays (Christmas, Valentines, Mother's and Father's Day) when there can be up to a 24 hour delay in shipping.

We only ship products to the Continental 48 States. For orders shipping to multiple locations please call our Sales Department.

CANCELING/CHANGING YOUR ORDER:

If for any reason you need to cancel/change your order before it ships, notify us immediately at 707-789-9935. Once the order has been shipped, we do apologize but we do not allow cancellations after an order has shipped. However, you may return the gift at your own expense and receive an 80% refund minus shipping and handling. (A full refund is not offered because we can not reuse many of the items in the basket.

OUT-OFF STOCK ITEMS:

Even though we are proud to announce that we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified via email if this occurs. If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay. If we are unable to deliver the item within 30 days, your order will be automatically canceled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was canceled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the canceled item(s)).

PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept Money Orders and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). All credit card orders are subject to final verification and approval. Each order will be security checked, verified and confirmed before shipment. It may take 1-5 working days, depending on the payment type and data provided. We will confirm the availability of your order the same day if it is placed before 10 a.m. (PST) and the next business day if placed after 10 a.m.(PST). All the items will be shipped after the verification and approval process is complete. All orders will be shipped after the funds are received from buyer's financial institution. You will be notified via email in regards to your approval and shipment.

PREPAYMENT POLICY:

All orders must be prepaid. Credit Cards can only be used in the USA. There will be no surcharge for your credit card purchase. Please, be sure to provide all of your information correctly, otherwise, it could lead to a delay or a cancellation.
